Application of induction heating
Heat treatment: metal annealing, quenching, hardening, forging, tempering, etc.
Hot forming: hot rolling, heat upset, hot hammering, etc.
Welding: metal brazing, cutter tool welding, saw bit welding, pipe material brazing, different metal brazing, etc.
Smelting: gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum material smelting, etc.
Other application:shrink fit, semiconductor single crystal growth, heat sealing, etc.
How does induction heating Working?
Induction heating is the process of heating an electrically conducting object (usually a metal) by electromagnetic induction, where eddy currents (also called Foucault currents) are generated within the metal and resistance leads to Joule heating of the metal.
Advantage of induction heating
1.Induction heating can heat the metal to any certain temperature including the smelting point.
2.Induction heating doesn’t like other normal traditional heating method;
3.Induction heating can heat the entire metal; also it can heat a certain part of the metal.
4.Induction heating can save power consumption than other traditional electric heating method.
