Features:

Two Axis Compression Spring Machine, first is wire feed axis which controls wire feeding and second is cam axis which drives the cam to form the spring by controlling outside diameter, pitch & cutting blade. Machine is equipped with Torsion device, sutable for producing a variety of right or left handed torsion & special shape spring. Lenth detector device helps to detect & separate accurate springs. lenght tester & spring separator is optional device. 

 

Controller system and Japanese servo motors provides high-speed, high precision, stable operation, no noise & vibration. 

 

Machine can produce various types of compression springs, oil seal rings, conical sping, tension spring and special purpose springs.
