This equipment is made for cutting foils. With the increasing automation of the foil creasing machines and the working paces, the quality of the work done by manual cut machines is far from meeting the demand of fully automated foil creasing machines, which has seriously affected the working speed and quality of the machine. Therefore, we have developed successfully this automatic foil cutting machine - XLFQ-650C, which can cut various width of the foil at one time. It also has a non-stopping devices which decreases the time of roll change as well as the loss of foil.
The precision of foil cut by this machine is high, which reduces the reserved width, with about 3-10 millimeters saving per roll. This equipment has advantages of rational design, easy operation, smoothness in roll turning over, no left and right dislocation, accurate cutting of front and back rod, small coverage, single and double rolls with rectifying deviation, accurate meter-measured function for stop, stepless speed regulation automatic cleaning. Therefore it is an ideal choice for the foil cutting users.
